morning mt fuji
Woke up this morning and was quite surprised to see this mt fuji from my balcony. Up till this morning, mt fuji was still without her "white cap", but I guess the temperature has really gone down last night.

Japanese Style Name Plates
You will find this, or something similar enough, in every Japanese office and dormitory (as far as I know). It serves as a "status indicator", i.e. whether you are in or out. Finding mine in the picture should not be difficult.

Our Deepest Fear
Saw the movie "Coach Carter" last night and would like to share something from the movie, which was taken from a Nelson Mandela speech, but was originally by Marianne Williamson.
(Note: I am not trying to preach here, you get the idea.)
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our Light, not our Darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you Not to be?
You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the World. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us, it is in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
